AS it draws near, anticipation is building for the eighth Appleton Special Dream Weekend.

The series boasts nine parties over five days. Counting down the days is Toronto, Canada resident Elizabeth Westfield who will be making her fifth appearance.

“Our tickets are booked and we are looking towards another invigorating staging,” she told

Splash.

The Canadian dental hygienist said she was introduced to Dream Weekend by a friend while in college.

“It was my Jamaican friend who told me about the party and literally dragged me out of my country to come to Jamaica and Dream Weekend, and I am hooked ever since. It’s all about the sun, sand, and the vibes is like no other,” said Westfield.

The Appleton Special Dream Party series kicks off July 28 with Dream Live Concert at Cayenne Beach in Negril. It features Bounty Killer, Spice, Ding Dong, Masicka, and Popcaan.

The following day is Hennessy Celebrity Playground at Wavz Beach. That evening, Dark Entertainment hosts Twisted Spiritz Glow at Cayenne Beach.

Wright Image Entertainment’s All White Daydreams White Sands is at Wonderland followed by the 90s theme party YUSH at Cayenne Beach.

On July 31, Water Lovers will make a splash with Xtreme Wet ‘N’ Wild at Kool Runnings Waterpark. World Vibes follows at Wonderland.

The series climaxes August 1, Emancipation Day, with Igloo at Cayenne Beach and Dream J’Ouvert at Wonderland.
